Double Solar Illumination
The double solar illumination is a sight to behold. As the sun sets in the west, rays of light are cast through glass openings, creating a sacred illumination in our church's sanctuary. Join us for this annual event! We suggest arriving early, as the church will fill quickly.

RCIA
The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) begins Sept. 9 and concludes following Lent. Sessions are held weekly from 6:30 PM- 8PM. RCIA provides an opportunity to develop and grow one's faith and learn about the teachings of the Catholic Church.

World Heritage Festival
The World Heritage Festival is an annual event to celebrate and promote our San Antonio Missions, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Come join us for five days of family fun, while helping to raise money for nonprofit organizations and projects.

El Camino de San Antonio: Caring for Creation
Join Archbishop Gustavo Siller as we celebrate the “Season of Creation” with a Mariachi Mass at Mission Espada followed by a walk in support of God’s creation on the river trail to Mission San Juan. During the Season of Creation, sponsored by Pope Francis, we are encouraged to celebrate the gift of creation and act together to care for our common home. Learn more and register for the walk here.
